John J. Adam is a founding partner of Forum Tax and Accounting LLC. John works closely with private businesses, affluent individuals, families and other professionals.
John began his career more than 25 years ago as an accountant and medical management consultant. This association gave him the knowledge needed to grow his clientele to include many Chicagoland medical professionals. Inaddition to providing traditional accounting and tax services for businesses and individuals, John has successfully merged his accounting and financial expertise to provide unique comprehensive planning for his clients.
John is a graduate of St. Joseph's College in Rennselear, Indiana, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting-Finance. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and National Association of Enrolled Agents.

Joseph A. Spokas, CPA, PFS, CFP

Joseph A. Spokas is a founding partner of Forum Tax and Accounting LLC. Joe’s 30 years of experience in accounting and finance allow him to evaluate various planning strategies for clients while giving special consideration to any tax implications.
Prior to co-founding Forum Tax and Accounting Services, LLC, Joe began his career as an accountant and later partner of Geisen and Swiatlo, a CPA firm in LaGrange, Illinois.
Joe received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Benedictine University, Lisle, Illinois. Joe holds memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Illinois CPA Society, AICPA Personal Financing Section, The Institute of Certified Financial Planners, Financial Planning Association and the Greater Chicago Society of Certified Financial Planners.

Mary Pat Wesche, CPA, PFS, CFP

Mary Pat Wesche is a Senior partner of Forum Tax and Accounting LLC. Mary Pat specializes in tax and investment planning for closely held companies and their owners as well as high net worth individuals. She also consults in the business acquisition and divestiture areas. She was named one of 2008’s Influential Women in Business by The Business Ledger and The National Association of Women Business Owners Chicago Area Chapter.
Mary Pat began her career in tax and accounting services over 25 years ago as a college intern for Ernst and Young. After graduation, she spent time in public accounting and at The Quaker Oats Company, concentrating in financial and strategic planning within Quaker’s corporate and international areas.
Upon leaving Quaker, she taught a number of college level accounting courses while returning to the public accounting arena. In August 2005, Mary Pat joined the partners of Forum Tax and Accounting LLC and The Forum CPA Group.
Mary Pat received her Master of Management degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s College. Mary Pat is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, AICPA Personal Financing Section and the Financial Planning Association. She is also active in a number of community and local non-profit organizations, including her church and the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce. Mary Pat is currently serving as President of DuPage P.A.D.S., Inc., Board of Directors.
Clare Mensik has been with Forum Tax and Accounting LLC since April of 2000. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Illinois Benedictine College (Benedictine University) in May of 1994. She began her professional career as a staff accountant for a health care management organization. She then spent 5 years as an accountant with a large corporation in the networking industry.
As a part of the Forum Tax & Accounting staff, her functions include bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, payroll tax forms, corporate tax returns, and assistance with individual tax returns.
Clare resides in LaGrange Park with her Husband Aaron and their two young children Viktor and Josephine. Together as members of an ethnic organization, they spend free time participating in various events which promote the Czech culture.
