Mary Pat Wesche is a partner in Forum Tax and Accounting Services, LLC and Forum CPA Group, LLC. Mary Pat specializes in tax and investment planning for closely held companies and their owners as well as high net worth individuals. She also consults in the business acquisition and divestiture areas. She was named one of 2008’s Influential Women in Business by The Business Ledger and The National Association of Women Business Owners Chicago Area Chapter.
Mary Pat began her career in tax and accounting services over 25 years ago as a college intern for Ernst and Young. After graduation, she spent time in public accounting and at The Quaker Oats Company, concentrating in financial and strategic planning within Quaker’s corporate and international areas.
Upon leaving Quaker, she taught a number of college-level accounting courses while returning to the public accounting arena, in August 2005, Mary Pat joined the partners of Forum Tax and Accounting Services, LLC and Forum CPA Group, LLC.
Mary Pat received her Master of Management degree from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. Joseph’s College. Mary Pat is a member of the Illinois CPA Society, AICPA Personal Financing Section and the Financial Planning Association. She was previously the President of the Board of Directors of DuPage PADS, Inc and continues as a board member.
